The hotel proved to be a great value for money, providing a comfortable stay for budget travelers. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, going above and beyond to assist their guests. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of having a decent internet connection. It was a relief to finally find a hotel in Peru with in-room internet connectivity. The location, although not in the heart of the city, had its charm being situated near a local commercial area.
No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

This hotel is located in a commercial area that seemed to specialize in auto parts, making it a convenient option for those traveling by car. It is also close to the Urubamba train station and the artist's market, and it's easy to go walking to the city centre. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is friendly. Guests can enjoy a good breakfast that includes a great selection of exotic fruits. There is also a lounge area with free internet access and coca tea to help combat altitude sickness.
Street noise can be an issue, especially in the early morning hours.

We spent our Christmas holidays here and it was a great experience. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and we enjoyed the 24-hour complimentary coca tea. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, offering money exchange and taxi services. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms and a big bathroom. We appreciated the English channels on the TV and the free Wi-Fi.
The hotel was located in the outskirts, so we had to take a taxi to get to the main square, which was quite a distance away. The surrounding area was not very pretty, and we walked back to the hotel only once.

Location-wise, it was easy to find public transportation nearby and it was close to many restaurants. the hotel staff were all polite and welcoming. the room was clean and had all the necessary amenities.
We stayed during Christmas and the hotel was hosting a party on the rooftop, which caused a lot of noise that kept us up late into the night. the room was quite small and cramped.

The hotel is located outside the square where most of the restaurants are, but don't let that put you off. It's just a pleasant 15-minute walk to get there. Plus, taxis are cheap and plentiful, and the front desk is always happy to help you call one. You can also feel safe taking a taxi after dark, just to be on the safe side.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was absolutely enjoyable.

The breakfast was delicious, the best continental breakfast we've had in South America. It was also a short, 5-7 minute walk to the train station. we had a great experience.
